I am sitting in my own study doing this post. Wow! For any of you that actually took note of when I first said that we were going to get the internet and you do the maths, you'll be amazed, with me, at the fantastic service we got from Telkom. Ever think you'd hear those words? It is exactly a week ago that I went and applied for our landline and ADSL. They came and installed our landline yesterday, and then immediately processed our ADSL application, and within hours I got a call to come and fetch our modem.
I personally installed everything for the DSL line, and now I'm online! (Andrew was busy getting ready for hometeaching, so that's no reflection on his ability or willingness, but rather my impatience...)
So here's a big thank you to Telkom for really doing a great job ;o)
