Carol evening

Last night we had a carol evening at my parents house. I invited all of our ward choir members, and their families to just come and have an evening of singing carols together and a bit of socialising. It was the first "choir social" that we've had, and it was really nice. Just about everybody came, although not everyone was in the lounge when the photo's were taken, so the group was a bit bigger than it seems. We had a really nice evening, just enjoying the Christmas spirit through music. We also sang a lot of different carols, so we had a lot of variety.
We even had our own little Christmas elf ;o)
Joshua really enjoys one of our current missionaries, who is from New Zealand, a native Maori, the youngest of 9 children, so he knows all about babies...

It was such a nice evening, and I always feel more like Christmas when I've had some good carols.
