Hannah moments - June 2013

Luke Smith, one of Josh’s friends, has a crush on Hannah! One morning when I dropped off the kids Luke gave Hannah a shy little smile and wave when we were in the boys’ class. When I asked Hannah’s teacher about it she confirmed that she’s noticed that Luke is very considerate of Hannah on the playground, and pays special attention to her. It’s so cute! But Andrew is already going to have to start watching his little girl J

Dressing up like a princess!

She has started mixing up rhymes, sometimes by accident but other times on purpose. Like “Winnie the Pooh went up the hill to meet Jesus.”

While we were in Joburg Wayne said, “I’ve just had a discussion with Hannah. In fact it’s very easy to have a discussion with Hannah about anything!” That sums her up quite well – she’s happy to talk about anything you care to talk about. And she is just so funny to watch when she’s talking!

On a Saturday morning she came in quietly and asked, Do you want to wake up now? She said that Caleb was missing me, and when I asked, she said that she was also missing me. Then she put my slippers on for me and fetched my glasses, and then held my hand to help me walk to the lounge. She can be so sweet at times!

Just so cute!

She really does love her babies. This isn't the first time she's fallen asleep holding one of them.

I think she was hopping or skipping or something here... She wanted me to take a picture.
