Caleb is growing up so fast! He wanted to sit and eat breakfast with Hannah when I
dropped her off at school. He fed himself nicely, but then he also poured the
whole jug of milk into the bowl!
When I fetched him at Aunty Wendy one afternoon he was still sleeping - curled up so cute!
He constantly wants to be pushing the pram around outside. This time he also wanted to be wearing Joshua's bicycle helmet...
He'll answer No to questions like Do you want more milk.
Thankfully not yet to things like “Come here” although I’m sure we’re still going
to get to that stage…
He is such a sweet boy. One time he even tried to comfort
Hannah when she was throwing a tantrum.
He often gives a bear a big hug and kiss, and then he’ll
hold out the bear to me and make kissing noises, to ask me to do the same.
He’s officially weaned himself from breastfeeding. Both
Josh and Hannah weaned themselves at 10 months, so it’s been a really special
experience for me to carry on feeding him so long.
But it's not that surprising, considering that you'll so often find him with food in his mouth!
He copies tons of words and sounds. He even says his own
little mumbled prayer for food and then says amen. He’ll say amen with us when
we pray too.
He loves dancing if music is put on. He’ll also try
singing along and he’ll copy the actions, like for the wheels on the bus.
Exploring the garden at Aunty Wendy. All of my kids have loved this garden, but I have to be so careful with them there to make sure they don't break anything :(
