She likes to have her tongue sticking out, and invariably it will be out of the left side of her mouth. But this tongue is not only often sticking out, but is also very busy with talking! She is such a talkative baby - much more so than Joshua was... But then she is a girl, I guess! And all of the bubble blowing that is going on!

Like I said, she is very responsive these days, and it doesn't take much to make her smile. But when she's lying on her back, I'll say "kick, kick" and that just cracks her up! And seeing me sneeze is another things that's sure to get her in a good mood. Towards the end of the month she also started really chuckling at some things! She's got quite a deep chuckle though, which is just so cute!
I started crotcheting this blanket after Joshua was born. It's eventually going to go on our bed, so it needs to be about 2mx2m. I was doing a bit of work on it (it's only 75cmx75cm so far - which sounds good, but is actually only about 1/6 of the way ;o( ) and Hannah really liked all the colours! This was when she was just starting to reach out to things.

This blanket my mom found in her cupboard. My gran knitted it for us when we were kids, and all 5 of us used it. Now it's to be used by the grandchildren! So I'll use it for Hannah, and hopefully Colleen will be next in line.

We always keep some of Joshua's nappies in Hannah's nappy bag, so that if we're out, and they're not going to be separated we can just take one bag. Well, someone kindly helped me with changing Hannah's nappy, but didn't realise that the first nappy she found wasn't meant for Hannah. So here she is in a size 5 nappy ;o)

Disco dancer?

She likes to be sitting up if she can be, and the big pillows on our bed mould themselves into a good seat for her to look around from. She really liked it the first time we sat her down there.

This is the progress from the 4th to the 24th in how she could hold up her head!

She's also started rolling from her tummy to her back, and from her side to her back as well. And if I sit her against my leg she's starting to support her own weight, and likes to lean forward, which is kind of getting the balance right.
Just looking cute visiting the family in Fish Hoek.
She really loves her bath, and usually will cry when I take her out. And the fun part now is kicking around and splashing all the water. She was kicking so much here that she managed to dislodge the cloth over her tummy completely!
Sleep children are just so beautiful! I love seeing how her hands end up as well ;o)
Her hands are also just always busy these days. She'll look like she's constantly picking at things, and her hands are often in her mouth. She isn't really bringing objects to her mouth, but those fingers get a good chewing every day!
And here is Miss Blue Eyes. So far they're staying blue, but her cousin, Paige's, changed at 18 months, so we're still not sure if they'll stay. But I hope so! First non-brown eyed Herbert grandchild if they do!
