His class is starting to learn the letter land characters, and after their first week when they did a to e, he told us all the characters in order up to f! He's also been telling us what sound different words start with and what syllables make up words. He's progressing so fast!
Josh is getting much more responsible. More and more he'll do things without us having to ask, like putting things away or helping one of the small ones. So lovely to see!
He is also really growing in confidence. He took part in the primary presentation really nicely, and he plays so naturally and freely with other children, even strangers after only a short time.
Joshua had a dress up day at school and he asked me to make a dinosaur mask for him. He was very happy with it!
He wore my gym gloves to make his fingers seem like claws.
Another dressing up occasion.
He decided he wanted to make a rocket, and he did it all by himself!
Andrew took Josh to the fathers and sons camp. But it was POURING with rain! They had to sleep in the car, but at least there was a break in the rain the next morning so they could explore a bit.
One of the current obsessions is Ninja Turtles, so even Hannah's baby gets a Ninja Turtle mask!
His dinosaur needed a nice comfortable bed to sleep in!
Lots of art stuff this month!
A dinosaur out of play dough
They were learning the letter "d" in class so Josh was drawing a duck in the shape of a "d" all the time.
Josh sat patiently and did this all by himself!
